How can troll be used as a force of good?

 

Trolls refer to the account that does not have a specific bio or profile picture and doesn’t seem to be an individual that talks about what he personally thinks. A lot of the things they post are copied and they are engaged to spread or work on something mostly in bulk. They are widely present over the social media platform. The social media has turned out to be agenda-driven. Many things that trend over Twitter turns out to be benefitting one ideology or company. The propaganda-based communication is widely used over the platforms. Sometimes, as a company, organisation, or political party, you will have to counter that propaganda that is causing/ has the potential to cause severe damage to your organisation/ product/ party. They will counter the existing negative side for you and make sure that the number of tweets in support of you or using your hashtag is more than your opposition. It will also reply to the negative comments and talk in support of you. It will counter the to-be/planned negative reputation targeted at your organisation.
Also, there can be used for promoting a good cause over social media so that the attention of the media and the government falls over it, and that might be looked upon and worked on.
