What is UX and E-Commerce?

 

UX stands for User experience. It is the experience that a potential customer or individual goes through when using or trying a product or service. E-Commerce is an online (internet based) platform where buyers can sell their product and users can buy products and get them delivered to their place. A good UX is an essential for a potential customer to stay on the website longer, let us leave buying for the later part. A potential consumer needs an easy method, simple way to choose, add and then check out. We have seen in the past how a bad interface, response, navigation methods or spam has made the customer leave the website. The process is not very difficult though. It has to be made in the best way possible, then checked and rechecked over various platforms (mobile/tablet/laptops) and over various internet speeds and then should be put to use.
