Standing up
for social issue and safety standards: The brands in the recent times have
started to stand up for issues that is present in the society and taken a
stand, like black lives matter. Brands before this avoided getting into debates
that has a political angle to it, now that have started, even though with a lot
of refrain in India. The other thing that brands will keep on standing is the
safety standards they take. The phase after Coronavirus will still have
customers worry about the safety measures, for at least a long time. Brands
have to communicate constantly about how their brand is doing so.
